《所需材料》

糯米粉Glutinous rice flour 300g
水water 200ml
紅麴放粉 Anka powder 3g

《冬至湯圓》
下禮拜就是冬至啦!!
所以今天要來和大家分享一款在冬至的時候一定都要吃的甜品喔!!
這款甜品的做法、材料都非常的簡單快速喔!
大概只需要把粉+水揉成糰,再分割成一小顆一小顆的並且搓圓,然後再搭配上糖水一起煮就完成了喔!!
這次還特地煮了另一種紅豆甜湯吃起來也非常的好吃喔!!
口感吃起來非常的軟Q再搭配上甜湯一起吃超讚的👍
